I started this also, I'm not running a blog on it, but decided to give it a go as it is just one sim and right now my legacies are full of people. Taking care of just one sim is like taking a vacation! :)
At the end of week three I had lot value of 15,994 and 32,288 in household funds. With a total of 105 points.
I'm nearly done with week 4 and finally achieved the 4th tier on the writer career. It took two weeks to write 3 best sellers! She's getting around 5K a day in book royalties, and I plan to still have her write at least a book a day while she works towards her other aspirations. Points so far are 113, but I've not yet reach 100K in income yet. I should have 118 at the end of the week and possibly 123 if she can complete tier 2 of the painter aspiration and the 1st tier of the mansion baron. I have the funds to make the house worth 50K I'm just not sure I want the increase in bills just yet. Right now they are still under 400 a week.
