Finally managed to figure out how to upload images. Photobucket wasn't working for me but imgur works great.
So here is my lot for the Room Challenge. It is placed on a 20X15 lot. It is just over 18k, but comes with two easels for quick money making. Just pop out 3 or 4 paintings and you are good to go. I splurged on some things, wanting to get quality stuff right out of the gate. Fridge and stove are better than basic, as are the bed, shower and computer. Included also are tv, guitar, small stereo boombox and microphone. An outside area with garbage and mailbox for mailing out books.
The kitchen sports a space conserving and well put together prep and eating area. I went well overboard on windows to give a very open and less claustrophobic feeling to the home. I also splurged on fire alarm as well as sprinkler system. Thoughts of getting halfway through the challenge and then burning to death or the house burning down gave me the heebie jeebies so I went spendy.
My lot is called Room Challenge. You can find it by searching by my Origin Id RyeEncoke. Please note do not select any of the search options such as size, lot type, leave them all at ALL, but DO ensure that both unowned content and custom content are checked.
