This is Ruavu Soleer, an alien currently being housed in "The Room", a small experimental housing chamber in Willow Springs. He lives on a 20x15 lot and serves as a sort of attraction for the residents of Willow Springs. He's a creative and childish muser who loves music and wants to become a best selling author.
