Sims 4 Room Challenge

For people choosing to wait until the end to place $350k worth of items on the lot to complete the challenge like I did, be warned that everything except the windows and columns depreciate as you place them.

For instance, I placed several $15k violins that in reality were only worth $12k after being placed. That's why I had to make bathtubs with the crafting table because I ran out of money.

I would say you'll need at least $400k to accomplish $350k lot value. :D
