This was a fun, relaxing interlude when my legacy house kept stressing me out, and/or I got too attached to sims to let them die without a fuss, hah.
My sim, Lee, ended with 240 points. She made it on the eve of the last day of week 10 with, fittingly, a last-minute addition of a door out of the room that I'd spaced on while trying (and failing at 345k and 349k with purchases that should have pushed her over the line, urgh, devaluing!) to get the lot value up to 350k.
Breakdown:
Days taken:
100 - 70 = 30

= 70 points
Aspirations completed:
Bestselling Author - completed in full (20)
Painter Extraordinaire - 2 stages completed (10)
Master Chef - 1 stage completed (5)
Freelance Botanist - 3 stages completed (15)
Master Mixologist - 1 stage completed (5)
Nerd Brain - 2 stages completed (10) - technically also completed one stage of Renaissance Sim, but didn't count the points bc first stage of these two is the same
Musical Genius - 3 stages completed (15)
Fabulously Wealthy - completed in full (20)
Successful Lineage - 1 stage completed (5) - same as Nerd Brain, technically Big Happy Family was completed too, but did not count towards my score
Computer Whiz - 2 stages completed (10)
The Curator - 1 stage completed (5) - those eggs!
and finally, Mansion Baron - completed in full (20)
I didn't use any bio rewards - no Never Weary, Steel Bladder, etc., but did get her some other miscellaneous art and craft related rewards.
Since completing she has been let out into the free air, and is now finishing all those aspirations she couldn't when she couldn't leave her room. She powered through Painter Extraordinaire, Freelance Botanist, and Musical Genius in about 4 sim days, and now we're on to Nerd Brain. I gave her a potion of youth post-challenge and I think I might just try to see how many aspirations I can knock out with her in her remaining long-life span, then wimp out and never let her die of old age. :P I'm having a great time with her, and she has a really cute relationship now and immediately made a big circle of friends... guess she was really feeling the need for socialization by the end!
Thanks for a great challenge!
