It's nice to go camping and all, but it would be nicer to go to the beach for your holiday. It wouldn't even be hard to make; the basics would be Outdoor Retreat with different graphics, the ability to paddle in the landscape, a lifeguard that kind of thing. A beach resort isn't even a full expansion. What they could do is give you the possibility to run a Hotel or B&B beachside.
