Yes! I loved the Seasons expansion in Sims 3, I'd really like to see it in Sims 4! Sims could "Talk About the Weather" for a bored moodlet, or maybe when they forget/are surprised by the weather they get tense.
Ah! I'm getting all excited thinking about it. I live in SoCal, the Land Of No Weather, so I'm especially drawn to the simulation of weather I can't experience - things like snow, or a rainy season, or a real proper Autumn where all the leaves fall and it's not one billion degrees still.
