Sims 4 Superheroes of SimsVille Legacy Challenge (BETA)

Added some new rules:

- Custom content is allowed and encouraged. This will give you a lot of choices in choosing a costume and/or uniform.
- When a Teen Sidekick ages up to Young Adult, you must pick a weakness trait (see Create-A-Superhero section for weakness traits). If they already have a weakness trait, then you can pick any trait.
