With a loud bang, The Counselor regenerated. The temporal disturbance caused by his regeneration had displaced him from one point in space to another point in space. He had begun the regeneration in his sleep chamber and then ended up outside of his TARDIS.

From Sixth to Seventh, his personality was shaped with the memories he had with Imran, staying outdoors, enjoying the breeze of the beach and remaining grounded with the world.
