Sulani Rags to Riches Challenge

Hey all, I just created a Sims challenge. It's my first one. Please take a look and let me know if it looks doable, too hard, too easy, if another Simmer has set this up the exact same way, etc. I just want comments, and moreover for people to try it out! Please let me know what you think!

    My play through yesterday seemed too easy. I might have to add an additional rule. See my random guy ended up in the Painter career by the game. So putting an easel in for him made it just too easy. I might have to say no easels until the house has been made. Or maybe edit starting money to enough to make dinner but not paint. :-P
