I'm glad you liked it. As I metioned I was worried that people would not enjoy it.

I think you did a great job! I find that I almost always really love the chapters that writers say they struggle with--it's the same way with my students' papers. When they say, "Oh, I hate this. It was so hard to write!" I get so excited, because it's likely to be deep and rich and challenging! :)
