Takissis's Freehold 5/12/20 - Dueling Sisters Build

Originally part of the above build, but I took it out to put in the kid's room, but it did get uploaded to the gallery, so here it is.

Victorian w/ Guest House is a very lovely Victorian family home! :) Very nice exterior design, great roofing and pretty lemon colour! Very lovely flowers on home edges! It is very nice that there is a guest house also. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The colour scheme, wall pattern , curtains and patterned floor rugs in each room are very lovely! It is a very elegant and pretty home!
The girls bedroom that your daughter designed is very special and very lovely! The purple colour scheme, circles wall pattern, unicorn print on the door, cute unicorn and heart teddy and the pretty butterflies are very lovely !
It is a very lovely detailed Victorian home! :)

Tudor Family Home

This was my version of @luckyheather's Shell Challenge 1. I decided to make a classic Tudor home or at least my limited knowledge of classic Tudor. So inside there is lots of paneling and wood everywhere, as well as the well known slated exterior. It has 3 bedrooms (master, guest, teen) and 1 bathroom, a combined kitchen and dining room and combined living room and study. There is unfortunately no TV or computer, but the more I played with the decorating the less sense it made. There is a tablet in the teen's room, but that's the extent of the major electronics. Hope you enjoy!

As always, feedback is greatly appreciated especially critiques. I'm trying to improve, so let me know what doesn't work too!

Basegame Starter

Made for the Blueprint Build Challenge for January by @AlJay. I decided to go back and do some of her earlier challenges. This will not be posted in her challenge thread. This is a Basegame Starter for under 18k. That was freaking hard! The home has 1 bedroom and 1 bath and is very sparsely decorated.

Basegame Starter is a lovely starter home! :) Very nice exterior design, wood texture, and the hanging baskets are a nice touch. The flowers either sides of the steps and floral hedging along the home edges are pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior! Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofas watching tv and reading books from the book shelf. The plants are nice nature touches.They will have fun playing chess. The blue colour scheme is lovely! Very nice patterned floor rug. The floral curtains and wall tiling in the bathroom are pretty!
It is a very nice starter home! :)

So I did a quick vanity piece that I'm not gonna post a lot of screenshots for. This is a replica of my house as close as I could make it in Sims 4. I actually have a lot more paintings, but the file size was too big. And this one is of course a lot cleaner. I made this as a thank you to my first 50 followers. Still a small number, but I'm happy about it.

It is very lovely that you made a sims game version of your real life home! :) It would be a very special build for you <3 Your home is lovely! Very nice exterior design and great backyard pool, outdoors living, dining and kids play area! It is very nice there is a garden shed. The flower bed is lovely .The wind chimes near the black door are a nice touch. The garage with your car in it is great! Very nice interior layout and furnishings :)

White Court

This is the finished build that used to be named Home 3. The house has 3 bedrooms (including a Teen Girls Room and Child Boys Room) and 3 bathrooms. It also has a small art room on the 3rd floor, a boy's playroom and a video/audio production room in the basement. There is an attached greenhouse and a garden with a fairy fountain and garden with all the flowering plants in the game (most are perfect).

White Court is a lovely family home! :) Very nice exterior design,white colour, and the patterned and flower box windows are very nice! Very nice outdoor dining and bbq balcony to enjoy eating meals in the outdoors air with great views. Very nice backyard area for kids to have fun on the monkey bars and Sims will enjoy using the hive. The fairies, flowers and water fountain feature is lovely! Very nice greenhouse for Sims to enjoy growing plants indoors. Very lovely layout and furnishing of the interior! The blue and brown colour of the living room area and the seating there is lovely! Sims will enjoy sitting reading there.The blue flowers are pretty! Very lovely design and furnishing of the kitchen! The red and white colour scheme and patterned flooring is very nice! Each of the bedrooms are lovely! Very nice furnishings, layout, and lovely colours! It is very nice that there is a kids playroom with many fun activities for kids to enjoy doing. The teen bedroom with the pretty pink colour scheme, and the cabinets creating the clothes and shoes racks nook is very lovely! Very nice upper level art room for Sims to enjoy painting on easel. The patterned curtains are pretty! Very nice basement level with the music and video stations for Sims to enjoy using.
It is a very nice family home! :)
