Your 3Colour build is very nice! :) The layout of the build is so very nice! Very nice exterior design and shape of the building! It looks very nice how you have done the windows through the build. The coloured water fountain features look very nice on the edges of the building! Very nice outdoors decks dining areas! It looks very nice how you have placed the umbrella covered tables there, for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors at the tables having a drink or something to eat. Great music stage area. Sims will enjoy listening to the grand piano being played whilst sitting at the tables there. Very nice upper deck area where you have placed the flowers and plants and fountains.It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers, trees and plants throughout the outdoors areas! The furnishing of the interior of the build looks very nice! The red colour scheme of the bed area looks very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the lights in the shape of a heart on the bedroom wall. It looks nice how you have placed the sofa seating there to create a nice sitting area for sims to rest and chat.The kids play area looks very nice! Child sims will have fun playing on the pirate ship and rocket ship there. The colourful jigsaw pattern on the flooring looks great there. It looks very nice the colours that you have used through the build, both indoors and outside! Very nice study room! It looks nice how you have used a variety of colours for the seats there. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desks using the computers there. Very nice bar areas through the build! The rooftop bar area looks great! It looks nice how you have used and placed the different coloured floor rugs there. The lights and the balloons on the walls look nice.There are lots of things for sims to do and places for sims to enjoy eating and drinking at your venue. The design of the build is great! Great gym area for sims to enjoy keeping fit using the fitness equipmemt. The games and music area looks great! They will like using the microscope or playing chess and card games at your venue. It is great that sims can cook on the bbq and enjoy eating their meals at the nearby table.
The colours that you have used through the build look very nice! It is a very nice designed build, the interior, the exterior and the outdoors areas all look great! :)
