Ok, so I think I know how I can fit in a variation on this! When Jack Bivouac finishes the "Mooch Off Your Neighbor" challenge, his plan is to open up Bivouac's Fancy Halfway House, and that might just be great for this! I wouldn't be able to choose the traits, and I think there would be around six Sims living in the house, but I could try it with that. It would also be a cool spin-off for the gen 5 Bough girls (but I'm trying not to start new games at the moment).
@FloorRaisin - which spare do you think you might try this with?
