Thank you, I rather like the house myself. My favorite part of the house are the paw print rug paths running throughout the house.
The wallpaper is not CC and does come from the Vampire Pack:

It's the Floral Bat Motif. I had never seen it before either but I don't usually use the wallpapers from the Vampire Pack.
I do have CC in my build but it's all toddler and kid stuff from PandaSama and Ravasheen.
