@ra3rei They're perfectly okay to sell. I have noticed, however, that not every sim is able to sell them. I have not been able to figure out why this is, but since you'll really have to have some money making strategy, the paintings seemed pretty incidental, since you don't always stay in that neighborhood. They are a big help when starting out, though!
