@LarLynJ Teens can't have jobs. All teems should be aged up to YAs before the parents leave/die then they can get jobs.
@Kamio your teens shouldn't have jobs until they are YAs. You needed to age them up when the parents left/died if you wanted them to have a job. They can stay teens as long as one teen is a YA when parents leave/die. See rule change below.
