I imagined Johnny didn't sleep much at all, which is why he was so eager to start his day with a drink. :D
For ages, I just added a couple more weeks for most life stages.
Toddler: 42 days
Child and teen remain at 56 days each
YA: 112 days
Adult: 196 days
Elders: 112 days
