This looks interesting! :smile: Exploring the careers and reaching the highest level is also something I'd like to do when playing with multiple genarations in a family (at the moment I'm playing with the GTW careers). :smile:
Regarding collections: some collections are kind of tied in with a career, like the gardening collections. So those may be collected quite naturally when playing in a career. Maybe exclude those from the required 5 (or just increase the number to perhaps 8 or higher with those collections included)? Maybe it's an idea to playtest it without actively gathering collectibles, except when it's part of the career?
And another idea: have you considered using the bonus rooms you unlock at reaching level 10 of certain careers in the build/on the lot? I don't know it they're all really of use in an household, but it could be a way of showcasing the family's career achievements. It will cost money and raise the bills of course.
