This started as a smaller lot that was supposed to be a "Survive the Zombie Apocalypse" house. It has an underground bunker style living area. But I change it up when I got some of the new(er) packs and it has become a large farmstead. I play it with the two extra areas, the underground bunker and farmhand bunkhouse as rental properties but that can be switched off and all the characters played together.
I love farm living, I live on one, and I am kind of pleased with how this one has turned out. It may get an overhaul to add actual selling abilities on it but at the moment it is a complete lot.
It is a lot of fun to play but all the animals and crops take some looking after!! Best to start a free labour, I mean, gardening club to help out.

Seven Hills Farm is a lovely farming build! 🙂The design and layout are great! Very nice animal shed, chicken coop and stables areas. The horse training area is great. The farmhouse is very nice. It is great that there is an underground bunker living area.
I had a go at making a Tiny Build, something that I have never attempted before. But I really enjoyed at and went for the most difficult, the 32 Tile. I am pleased with how it came out and wish I could get some photos of the inside but it's so small I can't get any angle that looks good! But it is suitable for two sims and has everything that they need.
Covered front door leads to open plan kitchen, living and bedroom. Bathroom and laundry are upstairs.Pretty cottage garden with space to grow a few vegetables.
Oak Alcove is a lovely tiny living home!❤️ The exterior design and roofing are pretty! The covered front door entrance is very nice. The flowers are lovely and very nice stone fencing.
