Putting floor textures in the place where the roof is and painting them from below should make it seem like the roof's underside is painted. Just watch where the roof ends so the floor underneath it is not visible. For the slanted parts, could a roof frame help, maybe?
Edit: I just noticed that there already is a roof frame... Okay, forget about that.
