Great minds and all that. I am pretty much doing the same thing with my Ugly to Pretty challenge. Random my careers and traits. Try to get to the top with each generation and then move them out to a new house or empty piece of land. I don't think I can stay in one house for 10 generations LOL. I think that is why I can never complete Pinstars Challenge. You know, I read somewhere that he has never completed it either. He made it to gen 6 which is funny because that is as far as I have ever gotten.
Yeah i tried to do the legacy challenge and got bored, I think a big reason is because you stay in the same house the whole time. The surroundings get stale for me, and what might have felt like home for the legacy founder might not feel like it for the next generation. Moving around in the drifter challenge keeps it fresh, and I can build a house that reflects the personality of that drifter.
