I wasn't interested in doing anything other than working out. I was so sad my mom passed away. I couldn't even walk past her tombstone. But, I'd forgotten I scheduled a date with Neelesh later that night.

I took him to the park my great grandfather built. It was finally looking better after some of the locals were able to volunteer for clean up. This is the first time I've been to this park, but my dad talks about it a lot.

We had such a great time talking and and getting to know each other with no one else around. When I'm with him, I don't think about how much I miss my mom.

I yelled at him though. I didn't want to, but he startled me when I saw him lingering outside the restrooms. I was so afraid he'd hate me, but he understood. It was in that moment I realized we both have some issues, Neelesh suffers the same way I do with his evil thoughts. Things got a little heated after that.
