Yeah, this is me right here. I'm a romance novelist IRL and trying to develop story for someone else's character, especially when it's a pretty bare boned canvas to begin with, has just never sat right with me. It's in this weird space between making my own character and writing fan fiction that is the writing equivalent of being stuck between standing up and sitting down.
*However* I can understand that it's important because that we you cannot pre-determine that two characters will be likely to match (or match perfectly, which would be boring.) We shall see whether I can actually pull off doing a Legacy this go around. :)
