For the twins: I saw someone mention watching a kids show/channel, then later their sim had twins...could this possibly affect it?
Also, Sim Guru Grant mentioned an aspiration reward for twins/or determining gender and said, ''it's not THAT rare'' in his daily 9 - 10 am Q & A session--the original question had multiple parts, and the answer was vagu-ish, so I'm not clear which parts of all that, multiple births/gender determination, etc., it might address, but there's SOMETHING.
