After observing the flow of threads here, I'm thinking of posting new chapters on a blog or continuing to share things on the EA Help Site. I feel like it would be easier to add links to the blog and maintain the order of the chapters. I've noticed that likes to replies effect the order of the replies in threads. I am concerned that, over time, the chapters posted as a reply will get out of order. If it was easier to update the main thread post, I would consider adding the chapters there and using spoilers. I'm not convinced that is best either.
Updating the main post is also still giving me trouble, but I was at least able to get group pictures added. I want to do more, but for now, the Meet the MerSims section will be complete on the EA Help Site. I may remove the lore bit in the replies to free up space for other replies. These forums are new so a bit of trouble is to be expected.
It has been a bit of trial and error, and I'm hoping to get a system going.
For now, I will keep trying to very slowly update the section on here, Maybe, one image or paragraph a day.
I am leaning towards keeping chapters on the EA Help Site because it is easier to maintain a chapter order and uses the same upload system for images. However, I would love to have some of the format from this forum for replies to a chapter. I like how the responses to things are better organized.
If it does get easier to update things here and I know that chapter order can be maintained, I will definitely make a full transfer to this forum for my story.
