I've had a bit of chaotic few weeks, but Chapter 5 will be available soon. I'm in the process of finishing with the screenshots and the chapter should be finished next week if everything goes as planned.

Sorry about the delays, and hopefully, I won't have as many unpredictable things happen for a while.
