Small Details
You do not trust or speak with any occult or NPC’s who are unemployed and/or below rich. Because you believe they either are beneath you and/or trying to kill you. The exception is mean interactions.

You can only do clubs at location designated as Resistance shelters or lots that your family has purchased

The only jobs available to your sims besides those needed to complete the challenge are criminal, gardener, Actor (unlocked if any Sim maxed Charisma), Entertainer(unlocked if any Sim maxed an Instrument), and critic (if any Sim reached Patron of the Arts and any Sim Maxed Charisma).

Until they are unlocked, there are no usages of phones, radio or other electronics. The reason is you cannot trust the SimCity government and electronic companies from spying on you.

Mods or cheats that give you an advantage over someone playing vanilla are not allowed. You can add story progression mods and other gameplay mods that don’t make skills, friendships, promotions, etc. easier.

You must have 1000 Simoleans per sim that are leaving in the household fund to be able to leave anywhere

If you have a mod that allows students not to go to the school that’s fine. If not, for story sake, then pretend they are being sent to elite resistance training camp.

You may create your own park with both all the park necessaries plus any items you want is right under the circumstances. Unlike other parks, you may not steal from this lot

You can only add people to the household either through having a child, adoption, or marriage. All of these require some sort of celebratory party. With the exception of the first wedding, these parties do not count toward the 5 needed. In addition, these new Sims are not allowed to continue working in their current occupation unless it's one of the jobs listed above

You can only add the funds of another household through marriage, but only if you take everyone from that household with you. If needed, you may kill any Sim from the targeted household either before or after marriage. Just do not get caught! If a spouse or other family of theirs dies under “accidental circumstances” in your household you must throw a funeral for the departed.

Challenge only is considered failure if every Sim has died. Does not need to be completed in 1 generation.
