The Retail Store Challenge (UPDATED)

Thank you so much for all the building-on-a-budget tips @AIRIS6962 and @EuphorialQueen ! :) They will come in handy, though I seem to have followed @MyInnerSim 's example in my next design and include the space for expansion, but not decorate it yet, will see how it goes (love your sim Dexter and his bakery by the way MyinnerSim! <3 ). Hi @SoulGal7 ! Must set aside some time and get back up to date with your awesome story of rival siblings and their stores, will definitely do so after I finish building my startup store. :)
