I uploaded it to the gallery, #retailchallenge.
It's not a starter lot, being $33000, but is closer to what I imaged. The start store was the Bakery area, plus the bed just sort of there in the other part of the room...and the bakery not being terribly profitable, it's more of a sideline with him filling the cooler as it empties.
