The Retail Store Challenge (UPDATED)

And I also got another simmie for the challenge. ;) Inspired by @MyInnerSim 's Let's Play of Dexter's adventures running a bakery, and by @SoulGal7 rivling siblings story, I made a sim who wants to run a delicatessen food store and who is also the brother of my other challenge sim. :)

So meet Joaquin, both Nadav and Jaheem Rafiq's brother, cause all good things come in three, right? ;) It's gonna take me a while to built his store, and I'm gonna play the challenge with Jaheem first as well, but he does have a little teaser advertising up already: Take a ride on the Flavour Express, be dazzled by Joaquin's Tasty creations and come visit his Culinary Treats store when it opens for business later this year! :smiley:
