The only issue I have with Laundry Day is the really high Playful mood it randomly gives sims in clean dry clothes for no reason. I'm terrified my sims will die of laughter because I tend to keep them happy and then they get Very Playful after changing clothes and I start fretting. I'm good with more ways to kill off sims but I NEVER want a sim to die of laughter it makes no sense. But other than that, its a decent pack though I wish I would have waited till it was on sale.
I like the Fitness Pack because of some of the furniture and a few hairstyles, the clothes to me are meh.
Perfect Patio is pretty good I think.
I never use the furniture from Movie Hangout but I think it does add a watch movies feature with several movies, unless that was in one of the patches?
Do you have Spooky Stuff? It adds costumes, you could have a costume party...
Honestly my recommendation? Buy Vampires. Its definitely worth it and in my opinion its better than the stuff packs. Unless you don't like vampires...if not then don't. ;)
