Haven't been able to access mods since 10/18 update

On Wednesday afternoon 10/18/23 I was in the process of calibrating a mod when the game updated. Ever since then when I try to access my mods a pop up tells me mod calibration is in progress and I have to finish calibrating the mod before I can do anything else. The game switches to the mod calibration screen for the character whose mod I was calibrating. Then the wheel spins forever. The only thing I can do is close the game. I reported this through the in-game help and they gave me a list of troubleshooting options (clear cache, uninstall/reinstall the game, etc.) none of which worked. Then they told me to post this on the EA technical issues forum because there are "managers and higher authorities" who monitor the forum and may be able to help. I posted on the forum and got no reply. So now I am posting this here in the hopes that someone will at the very least acknowledge my issue. I have mods in my inbox expiring because I am at the mod cap. I can't collect my galactic challenge crates. I can't participate in the Rey or SLKR events because I can't re-mod my characters. Is there anyone out there that can help? Is this issue actually being investigated, or am I just being given the runaround?
