What was funny was that a couple of hours after this, Mila's son found Kylo and told him what he thought of him:

Oh, this is a good one! First, the combo of pic and background is neat.
Second, this is Admiral Frantis Griss, one of my played sims. He has two lines or so in the last Star Wars movie and was firmly in Kylo's camp. That pairing might actually work.
I didn't set a profile for Frantis (but had planned to do so), so that answers the question whether played sims appear in Cupid's Corner automatically.
