Nope the parker ranger is not his girlfriend. Interesting guess though! (In-game I don't think Bob even realizes who his girlfriend is though, because I'm not certain they've even met in this save yet. Tbh, I'm not sure if I've put her in yet LOL. You've definitely seen him talk about her though ;) )
