There are several omissions related to the gender update. It is understandable to a certain extent, considering it was something implemented on the fly as a free update, it has been some time without correcting them. Here are some more that I have noticed:
- Hairstyle options correspond to the original gender, ignoring the chosen preference.
- There are no options to change mannerisms.
- Sims can only interact with mannequins of their original gender, regardless of the chosen preferences.
- Clothing; it is evident when a garment was originally available for both genders, and when the restriction was simply removed. Textures were not reworked, so some look strange.
- There should be options to lock certain aspects you want to keep when changing gender.
