Trying to create the (hopefully) most complete TS4 checklist in existence... and I need your help!

@Lucy_Henley At this time I haven't been including costs for just that reason - there are too many variables for buying and selling, and as with the latest patch, even Build/Buy prices can change. My goal is that in the future, it will be relatively low maintenance - just add things from new packs/updates, but no need to update previous entries. *fingers crossed*
