US Architecture Tour: Malibu Beach House
A lovely home inspired by Malibu's beautiful contemporary beach architecture. Whether on the beach in Sulani (I love it on the Sand Bar lot but it wouldn't upload to the gallery properly from that world) or modernising another neighbourhood, this home is perfect for a family. MOO used for landscaping.
Lot size: 30x20
Lot traits: Peace & Quiet; Party Palace
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 3 (1x en suite; 1x full; 1x powder room)
Amenities: Lower ground floor patio with jacuzzi and lounge area; wrap around balcony with outdoor fireplace; family media room; master suite; landscaping; open plan upstairs living area.
