Waterfall Goddess Mountain

First time posting a lot here so forgive any errors or lack of quality :) First, #klairewaffle on the gallery posted a beautiful waterfall challenge and I took some time to develop a build for her waterfall. You can't see much of what I did on the gallery so I decided to post here as well. I came up with the idea that this would be a sort of modern day Goddess of Water home. So much of it was open air. Everything is fully functional and all fixtures and plumbing, electronics, etc are upgraded for the most durability in case of weather challenges

There is a lot to see in this build but i didn't want to post too many images. Klairewaffle did an extraordinary job on this waterfall and creating something to go with it was fun and challenging. I hope some will enjoy this build  I am KaeCee27 on the gallery as well as here but not sure how to find the gallery links, still learning!

  • Thank you @ADWilson @Pamtastic72 @gretchend417 @SimChi and @nufusims @KlaireWaffle built the waterfall so I don't know how long that took but I imagine it took quite some time. It's beautiful. I just built the living quarters and added some additional water and landscape features and activities like the floral arranging area, painting area and chess game overlook. I immediately imagined a water goddess claiming this spectacular place :)
  • This is gorgeous! You put so much detail into it, it reminds me of something out of a fantasy novel.
  • My goodness! It’s simply amazing! I don’t even know what to comment on, everything is beautiful.

I guess maybe the part that’s most amazing to me is your outdoor landscaping! I haven’t even tried to do it in the slightest, and yours looks like something an expert would do. I don’t even know who counts as a pro ( ? ) But this is one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen.

I’m fairly sure I won’t have half of the things you used to build and decorate it, because I don’t even have half of the available packs, stuff, and expansions, but I’m going to try anyway! Lol

Thanks @rosemow for posting those links!

The story of my life, as I too know this pain! Haha

@KaeCee27 Don't be so modest! You put in a lot of work too, and its stunning! The whole thing kind of reminds me of Rivendale- you did a wonderful job, and thank you so much for sharing it. (Of course huge creds to @KlaireWaffle for the gorgeous waterfall)

I don't think any of my sims are good enough for a place like this. It's just so beautiful.
  • Thank you @AdamsEve1231 and @Gordy but I am sure there must be a loner sim somewhere who could fit right in :) I playtested with a loner traited sim because who wants to climb all those stairs to visit? hehe

Nah. None of my sims deserve to live in such a nice place.

Though once RoM comes out, I definitely want use it. It's perfect for some of my stories.
  • Thank you so much! @Nineness @AlwaysAsking and @EsReverniDrawrof ! All your comments mean alot :) I am sorry you may not have all the packs to recreate this in your game. I do get carried away and tend to use everything available to me. Certainly with plants it won't matter so much to use substitutions. I will be interested to hear how your recreation turned out :)
