Absolutely. And yes on the apartment thing too--I honestly don't feel like there's any apartments at all. Some of the buildings only have two apartments in them (also, all the livable apartments are on the top floor apparently, lol, but that's a whole other thing). In my experience, I can go about 3-4 generations in before space starts becoming a problem. And fuck me if I want to have, say, TWO restaurants, or add more parks or lounges. Everything starts to feel squished, it's such a drag.
