There are lots of things I would like to see. I wish we could own more than one house.
-I am a big fan of occult, but I understand not everyone is, so I agree with OP, that there should be a way to turn off certain occult like in sims 3. As far as occult goes, we need more, we need werewolves, that's my number one thing I want to see. Genies and imaginary friends would also be nice, and zombies, if they remake them and don't just have them pop up on full moons and wreck your garden like in sims 3.
-I'd like to see bands again, and adding drums or other instruments, like maybe saxophones.
-More pets would be nice, like horses or cows, or more small pets like snakes and iguanas
-More romance interactions like slow dancing, goose (like in sims 2)
-Nectar making
-Resorts
-Burglars and repo men would also be cool to see again. It added more fun to game play, and also a bit of unknown element to the game. It was fun to see what they would steal or take
