What are some things you'd want to see in TS4?

I just want an empty town. Like completley empty. No lamp posts or fire hydrants. Maybe you could work this in with a farming pack. Dirt roads would be ok, but completley country with no city and houses in the back just fields and woods. If you must do a small community lot keep them simple. This would be awesome for fantasy and historical players.
