What are some things you'd want to see in TS4?

While I know there is a lot of talk on TS4 never having an open world, it would still be really cool if we could create a world through a menu process. It could allow us to choose the terain, the tree and plant type, how many lots and what sizes we want, the weather and even what type of world it is (rich, uptight, party, elderly, etc.).
