What CAN be done to fix TS4?

If we will get new Story Progression features for Sims 4 in the future, we should have lots of options in Game Settings, for example the option to prevent Sims from moving away. They could still have babies and find love interests, etc., if those options are on. These should be the options:
- Fill empty homes (it's already in game)
- Have children (on/off)
- Auto-Moving (on/off)
- Get promotions in job (on/off)
- Skill developing (on/off)
- Fill an Aspiration (on/off)
