What CAN be done to fix TS4?

In regards to the Fear / fear emotion idea. I've made a similar thread over at the GTW section entitled Fears and Phobias. And I for one think it would add some Much Needed excitement and breath new life into the game, sorely ĺacking at this point Imo. Cheers CK!
