What cities/countries/locations should inspire the next vacation worlds/neighbourhoods ?

So I was a big fan of World Adventures because I found the world so amazingly beautiful, and I kinda liked Salvadora (even though it wasn't as beautiful as the WA worlds).

I would love to see worlds inspired by

- France (either village or the sea side á la Cote d'Azur)
- India (Jaipur or New Dehli) it would go really well with some of the CAS-content aswell.
- Italy (imagine old museums, catacombs, cosy restaurants or ruins)

What places would you like the devs to be inspired by????
xx

  • I would like

    • Nappa because I would love to see them bring back the vineyards and nectar making.
    • vegas a city with casinos, and arcades, and give us a new item for the restaurants, the buffy table complete with a sneeze guard.
    • japan would love to see martial arts come back in. would love it if they did tai chi classes in the park.

  • I'd like to see a more traditional styled Asian world. Like WA's China, but perhaps in a Japanese theme instead. Italy and France would be lovely as well. I also find myself missing the Egyptian world from WA, so I'd love to see that again.

    Brighton beach, England.
It's got a carnival on a pier, and would be a lovely location for a small hotel, and some bed and breakfast type accommodation. Oh, and you can swim there, if you're brave enough.
  • The Caribbean or Hawaiian Location or maybe something like Charalston SC or Tampa Florida.

  • A classic Paris, a classic Egypt and a classic China first and foremost. Then I also would love to see an exotic beach destination like Hawaii and a northern forest world like somewhere in Skandinavia.

So basically, a recycle of Sims2 and Sims3's vacation destinations.

Oooh Netherlands though! I would lovelovelove Amsterdam!
  • Either an Asian or Mediterranean world as a travel world would be awesome!

I would love a world with Brighton style, its decadent builds and pebble gloomy beach, the alternative scene and quirky businesses. I lived in Brighton for 2 years and never dared to swim there sober :D

I would also really enjoy a meddley of Mediterranean Sea countries as I exposed in this thread.
I quote my first post on that thread:

When building in game, I often find myself missing the vibrant colours and shapes that are so familiar to me.
In previous iterations, whenever a Mediterranean vibe was added to the game, it was always more focused on Southern France and Italy. This time around, I would love if the team could embrace the diversity of our sea, Northern Africa, Spain, Greece, Turkey, and everything in between.

It could be builders paradise as it would be full of new vibrant colours, arches, doors, windows, and a terrain tool (that could be patched in before the stuff pack release).

    For Build/Buy mode:

    It's all about the tiles:

Tiles on the floor, tiles on the walls, tiles around arches, tiles, tiles, tiles!
