The splitting money feature is something that I crave for. Really.
Splitting money is needed since forever.

of the abovementioned ideas, I'd be up for scheduled charity donations and for hiring skill trainers/buying skill courses
The only not-yet-mentioned idea (which would need a major rework of the game so it'd be more for TS5) is splitting clothes into several price tiers and having to actually pay for clothes on any but the lowest tier* + for an additional outfit above one per category. In this way, jewelry would be a major money sink.
* when creating a fresh household, using items from higher tiers would use money from their starting funds (so they'd start with less). When adding/modifying outfits from dresser (or entering CAS in any way), it'd use money from household funds, just as build/buy items.
Edit: maybe a newspaper/magazine subscription could be added at a scheduled fee, with the option of having (more expensive) skill-based magazines. Same with premium TV channels - either for more fun or for learning (let's say history channel would boost logic, DIY magazine would boost handiness, etc.)
I think in sims 2? maybe I think it was 2
you had to go to stores to actually buy the outfits you wanted and they could just do that tbh just add some ridiculous price to the accessories"Simmingal;c-17110992" wrote:

I skipped TS2 (at that time, my father's computer could not run it) so I don't know if it was there.- I don’t know really. Almost all of my sims are wealthy, and if they aren’t their children are. It’s way to easy to make money in the game and most of my sims end up with tons of money if I don’t limit it, which kinda sucks. We really need a list of things, I 100% agree.
- I would love to be able to own multiple homes, so my sims could live in San Myshuno but spend their weekends at their Brindleton Bay beach house. Also the ability to transfer money between households, it seems odd that the children of my wealthy sims should start completely from scratch.
- Oh.. and the ability to make MUCH lager donations to charity. I'm thinking 50 - 100000 simoleons.
- Taxes.
Paying someone to upgrade items.
Going to the hospital when pregnant or sick, and getting bills for that. Also dental bills? - jadonbakes6 years agoSeasoned Veteran> @craftaholic said:

These are brilliant! I love the idea of Simflix. - A SHOPPING MALL! It would be so cool to see new items and could spend some time here as well. I could definitely see it be added to San Myshuno, Del Sol Valley, and Willow Creek. Maybe even an entire retail world! I agree with a casino, clubs, and a movie streaming service as well.
