- Kimmer_oneRising TravelerIn my opinion they don't need to look "good". I don't want models or trendy males. I just want them to look decent... like adult MEN, not teenagers or fashionistas.
I'd also LOVE a manly garage pack or any manly pack, my male Sims are tired of being ignored in this game. - Honestly, I would like to see more for men in general. I want normal clothes and hair options that won't look out of place on an ordinary guy. I want to be able to decorate a home for my families with BB items that aren't overly girly or cutesy and I want a greater range of careers. I've had to use the part-time job option for one of my families because I want to keep him as a manual worker. It'd be nice to see careers like bus/taxi driver encorporated into the game and perhaps a hobby like car-repair or something like we had in TS2.
I feel that the game right now is very much aimed at a certain area of the market which is why there's a lot of focus on 'trendy' content which has the YA females in mind. - ChadSims2Seasoned NoviceAll of the above besides that last option. I went with garage pack because it would also have cars.
- Activities and careers. I want active or semi-active jobs where my sims can get their hands dirty. Factory work (not neccessarily car factories, but it would be great) and especially interactive construction sites! C'mon, Sims team, along with knights, cowboys and indians, cronstruction sites were the very first Playmobil set, and almost everyone stops at a foundation pit to watch, give us our wish fulfillment in the game!
Cart racing and soap box racing. Just use the animations from the school projects to let dad build the perfect soap box with filius! Then make a snowless version the bunny slopes from Mt.Komorebi, make them buyable and, voila, Soap cart SP accomplished.
Stury work clothes are a close second wish, but I want them more for my female sims than the men. The men are already covered okay-ish with ingame and cc CAS, but the women's work clothes fall into the trap of looking cute, nothing one would actually wear for work (and don't start me on the female detective outfits). I would love garage pack actually. I'm only assuming it means cars too
Yes I think a garage pack needs cars for sure. If not it's kinda a waste of time right? Cars are one of the most needed items at this point, or just more ways of transportation in general.- I love playing as men and I have to agree they have it badly compared to the women in CAS. For starters, more facial hair options is always desired. The game only has like what, five different types of mustaches? Where is my walrus mustache? Or my exaggeratedly long handlebar mustache? The beard options is very lacking too, there's no extreme beard or goatees without a mustache. You know it's saying something when Saints Row IV has a better facial hair customization than The Sims 4 does.
- men sims lack "presence", let me explain, the animations overall are too childish and usually don't fit how a sim i make would behave. this is not exclusive to men, i'd love women sims to have more elegant and serious animations too. i think this game is in desperate need of new animations for a bunch of stuff, and we could choose them kinda like how we can choose the way our sims walk
