Considering the game was recently released as free-to-play and Project Rene is in development for at least two more years, it's very possible that TS4 can have more DLCs for the next years, so let's hope for more content, paid or free.
IMO, a hobbies EP, hotels EP, bands GP, fairies GP, some crafting SPs and I'm done, plus the BG updates like spiral stairs, cars, curved swimming pools and maybe lawn mowing.
