Why doesn't EA create official Sims merch and release its game music to the public?

Hey all! I've got an idea of how EA can make even more money from The Sims AND satisfy fans: why not release merch to the public? I've also created a petition to release the Simlish song Never Be Lone...

Occasionally they do. They published guides in the past; the Sims 4 soundtrack is included in the digital deluxe I believe; they've done collabs with Moschino and more for clothes; I have a plum Bob usb somewhere.
